Shell Knob Summer School Visits the Fortress

On Friday, 31 students and 10 adults from the Shell Knob, MO school visited us here at the Fortress. The kids, grades K-5 enjoyed their stone carving class as well as meeting our masons and artisans. Despite the hot, humid weather, kids and adults had a good time and learned something, too! We enjoyed meeting all of them. Here you see the group with our capable guide Sir James.
