Workers Welcome!

The Ozark Medieval Fortress has seen numerous volunteers on site recently. These young men, all students at Hendrix College in Conway Arkansas, recently made a long day trip to help out at the fortress working mostly with our master carpenter Juan as he prepares to put in our “new” 13th century pit saw. Volunteers recently have been students as well as teachers, camp directors, and corporate executives letting us know that there is no such thing as a typical volunteer… the more the merrier we say! And luckily for us, they all find the experience so rewarding that they have promised to come back and visit with us soon. After all, where else can you experience genuine southern hospitality while being a part of a history making project? Nowhere but here at the Ozark Medieval Fortress!
